Licence agreement
The terms under which you may use apps published by Lustig Fairchild, except those that carry their own agreement.

Standard End User Licence Agreement
Apps published by Lustig Fairchild are distributed through the Apple App Store and are licensed, not sold, to you. Unless a particular app presents different terms, your use is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
What the licence gives you
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple media services usage rules — including Family Sharing where the app supports it.
What it does not permit
You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law or expressly permitted by the licence terms above.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that they will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement — in the European Union, the United Kingdom and many other jurisdictions, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for loss arising from use of the apps is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Every app currently published here is free of charge. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
Use of the apps is also covered by the privacy policy, which is short: no personal information is collected.
Third-party components and trademarks
These apps are built on the frameworks Apple provides to developers as part of its platform SDKs. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, macOS, Apple Watch, watchOS, Apple Vision Pro, visionOS, iCloud and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Lustig Fairchild is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Apple Inc.
